Cameron Brink selected for 3×3 at the Paris Olympic Games

After participating in the World Cup, Cameron Brink will be at the Olympic Games for the 3×3 event with Team USA. The Los Angeles Sparks winger was even elected MVP of the World Cup in Austria, after beating France in the final, and will defend the American title obtained in Tokyo in 2021.

Cameron Brink will bring her size and rim protection to the 3×3 team, the Los Angeles Sparks rookie is currently the third best blocker in the WNBA with 2.6 blocks per game. The 2nd choice from the last Draft is also capable of taking long shots and will represent a major asset in winning an additional title.

The 3×3 will take place from July 30 to August 5, with Cameron Brink and his gang facing China, France, Azerbaijan, Australia, Germany, Spain and Canada.

The eight teams will compete in the same group. The first two will go directly to the semi-finals, and the last two will be eliminated. To join the first two teams in the semi-finals, two quarter-finals will pit the 3rd in the group phase against the 6th, as well as the 4th against the 5th.
