World champion, Germany unveils its pre-selection for the Olympic Games

You don't change a team that wins across the Rhine since Gordon Herbert has renewed the 12 players who won the World Cup in Asia last fall. The Canadian coach of Germany revealed a pre-selection of 16 players to prepare for the Paris Olympic Games, and we therefore find the MVP of the World Cup, Dennis Schroder, but also the Wagner brothers or even Daniel Theis and Johannes Voigtmann.

In the France group

On the Villeneuve d'Asq side where the group stages of the men's and women's basketball tournaments will take place, Germany has been placed in Group B along with France, Japan, and the winner of the pre-Olympic tournament in Latvia. A tournament in which we will therefore find Latvia, but also Georgia, the Philippines, Brazil, Montenegro and Cameroon.
