Pistons want to meet Bucks GM

We know, the Pistons wish to make changes to their organization chart, at the end of the worst season in their rich history (14 victories and 68 defeats).

Therefore, we learn by Mark Stein that they would have targeted John Horst to interview to become their new president. A vacant position at Detroit since 2018.

Named “Executive of the Year” in 2019, the Bucks GM still remains under contract in Wisconsin and his franchise will have to authorize him to meet the Pistons before the latter can try anything. In any case, it would be a great pick for the Michigan franchise, because he is the man behind Milwaukee's revival since 2017.

In addition to Jon Horst, crowned NBA champion in 2021, we recall that Detroit also has its sights set on Tim Connelly (Wolves) and Scott Perry (Knicks, but not for long…), as well as Dennis Lindsey (Mavericks) and finally JJ Redick. Several interesting names to say the least, and it will be up to Tom Gores, the owner, and Arn Tellem, the vice-president, to make the right decision to support Troy Weaver, the GM, and Monty Williams, the coach.
