The Panthers bring experience to their defense.
This Wednesday, 31-year-old pass rusher Jadeveon Clowney signed with the Panthers, according to NFL media. The free agent agreed to a two-year, $24 million max contract with the Charlotte franchise.
During his interviews, Clowney also went to the Jets who also seemed interested in the defender, according to BleacherReport.
The number one in the 2014 draft will thus play for the sixth NFL franchise. In 2023, Jadeveon Clowney appeared in all 17 games for the Ravens and recorded 43 total tackles, nine tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and five passes defensed.
