Frank Ntilikina ready to return to Europe for the Olympics?

Like Killian Hayes, Frank Ntilikina is currently champing at the bit while waiting to find a team, almost a month after being cut by the Hornets.

Our colleagues from BeBasket nevertheless assure that the Frenchman is in full reflection concerning his future in club and, with the approach of Paris 2024 Olympic Games (July 26 – August 11), he is currently exploring the possibility of returning to Europe.

Sign in Paris… to see Paris better this summer?

More precisely in France, where ASVEL would have returned to the charge after having already approached him last summer and where Paris Basketball would now be best placed to afford the services of the 25-year-old leader, in cruel loss of speed for several years.

For Frank Ntilikina, the goal of returning to the Old Continent is therefore rather simple: to obtain playing time and relaunch his career, in order to be selected by Vincent Collet for the next Olympics.

This season, the 8th choice of the 2017 Draft will have played only five short matches in Charlotte, for starving averages (1.0 points and 1.2 rebounds at 11% shooting, in 9 minutes). Victim of a fractured tibia in preseason, he was once again let down by his body at the worst times, despite great promise in training.
