Frank Reich landed by the Panthers

The adventure only lasted 12 matches. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL media, the Panthers have decided to dismiss Frank Reich from his duties as head coach after the new defeat conceded yesterday against the Titans. Coordinator Chris Tabor will be the new interim coach, and former Lions coach Jim Caldwell is expected to take the reins of the offense.

Already dismissed by the Colts during last season, Reich will not have succeeded in relaunching his career and the Carolina franchise. With a poor record of 1 victory for 10 defeats, the franchise has chosen not to be stubborn and look towards 2024 without further delay. Supposedly an offensive mastermind, Reich’s attack is languishing in 30th place in the league and the development of quarterback Bryce Young, chosen in the first round of the last draft, is not as convincing as hoped.
