On the financial side, Jackson arrives with a 5-year contract for $82.5 million that he signed in March 2022… but not really. The Chargers take care of the rest to facilitate the transfer of a player who was therefore definitely no longer in their plans.
It must be said that since his arrival, Jackson has never established himself in the Californian defense. Regularly hampered by injuries, he only played 7 games, making 18 tackles and one interception.
