Since then, the interior has declared that he is happy, even relieved, to have arrived at Jazz, in a franchise where he feels loved. But almost three months after his transfer, he nevertheless paid tribute to Atlanta on his Instagram account.
“I know, I took my time with this message, but this one touches me. I was thrown in at the deep end like a child who had no idea of the journey that awaited him. It’s crazy how six years can go by so quickly. Atlanta, thank you for the swag, the culture, the love and for welcoming me with open arms. Atlanta, thank you for never sparing me, because I am proud to leave you as a man. For honesty, thank you for supporting me even when I was at my lowest, thank you for making me grow. It is time for the hawk to leave the nest, because my growth here is stunted. We know this is all a business and mine is over in Atlanta. I can only hope that you will love me as I love you” he notably wrote.
