Orioles: the laughing stock of MLB after suspending a descriptor who was doing his job

I don’t know if you’ve seen, in the past few hours, the awkward story (to put it mildly) involving the Baltimore Orioles and their handler.

Kevin Brown, who is on the payroll of the Orioles as a descriptor, spoke about the file of his in Tampa Bay, a few weeks ago, during a passage of his in Florida.

Basically, he was saying that the Orioles have had a bad record at Tropicana Field for a few years … which is normal since in the last few years, the Orioles have sucked.

And the Rays were dominant.

Even if this year, the Orioles have the number of everyone, the comment did not pass in the eyes of the owner of the Orioles.

Result? He suspended his employee… for doing his job. And it was known recently, which caused a stir in the sports world.

When you listen to the guy talk, you realize he didn’t say anything bad. We also realize that he did not make the decision alone to talk about it since a visual tableau accompanies his remarks on the air.

But as he speaks “badly” of the Orioles, the owner has cracked down.

It’s like the folks at Sportsnet can’t speak against the Blue Jays because Sportsnet owns both entities. That said, it is rare that big negative comments are held…

You understand that all over MLB, commentators everywhere have risen to denounce the situation of the Orioles. Many spikes were thrown on the airwaves and on Twitter.

The Orioles may have denied it all, but clearly popular favor doesn’t care. The club is currently being destroyed in support of Kevin Brown.

And that’s all the Orioles deserve. Although Brown is expected to return this week, the damage is done.

  • Another loss for the Angels.
  • Aaron Boone was angry yesterday.
  • Randy Arozarena is grateful to the Cardinals for trading him.
