Although he hasn’t been seen on an NBA bench since 2007, and his departure from the Rockets, Jeff Van Gundy is a name that came up often in league circles, the Mavericks and the Celtics having recently approached him.

Nevertheless, as he was part of the wave of layoffs at ESPN, Chris Mannix announces that he is now looking “actively” a position on the benches of the Great League.
