Now a league veteran, the 34-year-old is the Phoenix club’s fifth signing since the market opened (not counting extensions for Josh Okogie and Damion Lee), but perhaps the most significant. With his scoring profile capable of creating his own shot, he indeed further strengthens an already impressive attack on paper, with the star trio Devin Booker, Bradley Beal and Kevin Durant.
Left free by the Clippers who wanted to save money, Eric Gordon bounced back perfectly by offering himself a last chance to aim for the NBA title in Arizona, probably in a sixth man role.
According to The Athletic, Eric Gordon was hesitating between Phoenix and Golden State for next season.
