Abraham Toro ceded to AAA level

Quebecer Abraham Toro is back at the AAA level, he who will join the Nashville Sounds in the next few hours.

He will return to Tennessee to face the Gwinnett Stripers, AAA formation of the Atlanta Braves.

Toro was demoted to AAA to make room in the 26-man roster for newly acquired Milwaukee Brewers Raimel Taipia.

To make space on the roster of 40 active players, right-handed reliever Cam Robinson was released.

In his most recent appearance with the big club, on June 11, Toro hit a hit in an 8-6 loss to the Oakland A’s. He had driven in two runs.

In five MLB games, the versatile infielder hit four hits, including a home run, and drove in five runs.
