Kyrie Irving would be the Rockets’ plan B

It’s a near certainty: Kevin Porter Jr should no longer be the leader of the Rockets next season. Management wants a big name in the lead, and the envelope is enormous to recruit: 60 million dollars! Trail number 1 leads to James Hardenand the rumor has been going on for several months.

Left angry from Houston, Harden has kept a lot of ties there, and he would therefore be ready to return. Except that the Sixers are keen on him, and in particular the new coach Nick Nurse, and they are obviously closer to offering him his first title than the Rockets. For the moment, Harden would not have decided.

Anyway, in Houston, we have a “short list” of point guards in case Harden stays in Philadelphia, and Mark Stein reveals that plan B is called Kyrie Irving. Arrived in Dallas during the season, Harden’s former teammate at the Nets will animate the “free agency” with his desire to play again with LeBron James.

In Dallas, we hope to extend it even if the association with Luka Doncic was a failure. And in case Irving wants to play elsewhere, we obviously don’t want to lose him for nothing…
