Nico Mannion ready to return to the NBA?

At only 22 years old, Nico Mannion obviously hasn’t already said goodbye to his dream of playing in the NBA. Briefly seen with the Warriors in 2020/21 (for 4.1 points and 2.3 average assists), he then left for Europe, and more precisely in Italy, near Bologna.

At the end of his contract with Virtus this summer, but still engaged in the playoffs with his club, the Italian would now be tempted by a return to the United States, because BasketNews reports that he should play in the Summer league with the bucks in a few weeks. The objective being, of course, to stand out in order to better secure a place in a workforce for next season.

Selected in 48th position in the 2020 Draft, Nico Mannion comes out of an exercise with 10.5 points and 3.3 average assists in the Italian championship, accompanied by 5.9 points and 2.6 average assists in the Euroleague.
