Ja Morant awakened an old wound

Already deprived of Steven Adams and Brandon Clarke, and led 1-0 by the Lakers, will the Grizzlies have to do without Ja Morant for Game 2? It is possible since the All-Star leader was injured in the 4th quarter in the hand and wrist following a heavy fall on Antony Davis.

After passing x-rays on Sunday evening, Morant had an MRI on Monday, and the results are not necessarily reassuring since ESPN reports that Morant aggravated a season-ending injury against the Bucks. The report speaks of a soft tissue hematoma in the right wrist, and Taylor Jenkins announced that his participation in the match would be decided at the last moment.

Present in training on Tuesday, Morant made a few shots and some dribbles.
