Pistons second-best rebounder Isaiah Stewart has been missing from Dwane Casey’s rotation since February 24. While he complained of pain in the hip, it is finally because of an injury to the left shoulder that the interior will still have to be away from the field for three to four weeks according to the statement released by the Michigan franchise.
His package comes three days after that of Hamidou Diallo, victim of a sprained right ankle and whose duration of unavailability should be similar. The regular season ending on April 9 for Detroit, in other words, there is little chance that we will see them again this season.
The list begins to be long while Bojan Bogdanovic (Achilles heel) could also quickly end his season. To these absences are added those of Cade Cunningham (tibia) and Alec Burks.
