Madden 23 announces Eagles victory in Super Bowl LVII

First, let’s reassure worried Chiefs fans. Madden screwed up his simulation of the last two Super Bowls.

On Monday, the EA Sports game delivered its verdict for 2023: the Eagles should win Super Bowl LVII 31-17.

If everything goes as planned by the game, Philadelphia will feast thanks to a great Jalen Hurts (22/33, 282 yards, 2 TDs – 10 races, 88 yards, 1 TD), which will notably rely on AJ Brown (8 rec, 114 yards, 1 TD).

What happened to the Chiefs? Only 249 passing yards for Patrick Mahomes, and one interception. Apparently, Philadelphia’s defense is way too strong.

Madden has been wrong in four of the last five Super Bowls. In particular, he had not seen the Eagles’ victory over the Patriots coming in 2018. His only success? The Chiefs’ success against the 49ers in 2019.
