We’re still a long way from when pitchers and catchers will relate to their respective rosters, but the shift from last year to the new is quietly bringing us closer to what baseball fans have been waiting for since the last World Series retirement.
This turning point in the Gregorian calendar is also a good opportunity to take stock of the next campaign. So, without further ado, here is the first state of forces for Passion MLB in 2023.
1 – Houton Astros: It will certainly be difficult to repeat the exploits of last year, but the Texas formation is once again the best team in MLB.
2 – New York Mets: this ranking takes into account the arrival of Carlos Correa. If it doesn’t end up landing in Queens, then they will have to be placed lower.
3 – Atlanta Braves: the experience acquired in recent years is really not to be neglected, despite the loss of Dansby Swanson.
4 – New York Yankees: The acquisition of Carlos Rodon gives them one of the best rotations in major league baseball, if not the best. However, you will have to score points.
5 – San Diego Padres: It’s time for them to step up to the next level, leading the NL West and a World Series appearance.
