Evan Fournier is among the Lakers’ targets

After a failed start to the season, the Lakers have gradually regained color, thanks in particular to the enormous level of play of Anthony Davis. The Californian team is coming out of a well-negotiated “road trip” to the East, but the results remain disappointing (11 wins, 15 losses) and the margin for improvement is very significant.

Since the start of the season, Los Angeles has lacked shooters and the leaders have one priority in mind: finding them to surround Davis and LeBron James. So that The Athletic informs us that the Lakers communicate this desire to certain teams.

In particular Detroit since Bojan Bogdanovic is of great interest even if, in Michigan, we do not seem in a hurry to let him go. The former Jazz is having a superb season with the Pistons with an average of 21 points at 43% success behind the arc. In return, in addition to one or more players, Los Angeles mentioned a first round of Draft.

Other names circulating in California: those of the banished from New York, Evan Fournier and Cam Reddish. Following a decision by Tom Thibodeau, the Frenchman has not played for a month now and his teammate has had the same experience for ten days.

The Knicks guard was shooting 39% at 3-point range last season and he even broke his career (and franchise) field goal record with 241. Now sidelined, the former Orlando must absolutely find a way out and bounce back in Los Angeles alongside “King James” would obviously be a great opportunity.
