Stats & Highlights | Blazers blow, quiet evening for Bucks and Raptors

Even without the knee hit Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks rebounded from their loss to the Lakers, with success in Charlotte. Very easy match for the Raptors, who are still as good at home, against a poor Magic team.

Finally, it took a huge Anfernee Simons (45 points) and a very good Jerami Grant (33 units) to revive the Blazers, who were skating with three straight losses. They find the victory against the Jazz.

New York–Dallas
LA Clippers–Sacramento
Minnesota–Oklahoma City
Golden State–Houston

Charlotte–Milwaukee: 96-105

Even without Giannis Antetokounmpo (left knee pain), the Bucks dominated the Hornets. The first half was controlled and in the second, Jalen McDaniels tries to revive Charlotte. He scored his team’s first eight points in the third quarter.

But Bobby Portis (20 points) and Brook Lopez are watching. In the last act, McDaniels, again him, allows the Hornets to come back to six points, but they will not have the legs to do better and they must bow.

Toronto-Orlando: 121-108

A real one-sided game. The Raptors insisted on the racket in the first quarter and the gap was already made after twelve minutes. OG Anunoby was brilliant with 13 points to start and then 10 in the second quarter.

He will finish with 32 points, his season record, and the Canadians will never be worried, despite Bol Bol’s 18 points at 7/8. Eighth straight loss for the Magic.

Utah–Portland: 111-116

Anfernee Simons (45 points) was boiling hot! The fullback started with 23 points in the first quarter. With 33 units at the break, the Blazers were ahead by nine points. But the Jazz hangs on.

When, four minutes from the end, Jerami Grant gave a six-point lead, Collin Sexton answered right away and Utah went 10-3. Anfernee Simons is well targeted by the defense in the last minutes and it is Jerami Grant who makes the difference (13 points in this last act), especially on free throws. Anfernee Simons still manages to counter an equalizer attempt by Jordan Clarkson at 3-point.
