Patrick Beverley suspended three games by the NBA!

The NBA really didn’t appreciate the behavior of Patrick Beverly (4.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists on average this season) and she let him know by inflicting a three-game suspension, without pay!

A sanction largely motivated by the liabilities of the 34-year-old leader, known to be a “bad guy”. A label that he is not likely to drop any time soon, as unfortunately proven by his behavior on Tuesday evening, which had earned him an immediate expulsion.

In the last quarter of the match against the Suns, Patrick Beverley had indeed “shown” by sending Deandre Ayton to the ground, from behind. Why ? Because the Lakers player did not appreciate that the Phoenix pivot provoked Austin Reaves, then on the ground after a big foul from Devin Booker.

Because of this suspension, we will therefore not see Patrick Beverley on the court before Wednesday.

This suspension will in any case cost nearly 270,000 dollars to the leader, who however said he was ready for any sanction, he who says he is always very proud to attack those who attack or provoke his teammates.
