Power Ranking 9: The Eagles finally dethrone the Bills

Wednesday on DNA of Sports, it’s Power Ranking! 3, 2, 1, Go!

It took 9 weeks of competition for Philadelphia to win at the top of this ranking. However, the Eagles (+1) had done everything perfectly, 8 wins, 0 losses and the best record in the NFL currently. The problem is that in the lead, Buffalo did not let go. The defeat of the Bills (-1) against the Jets, however, forces us to reconsider the first place. Now Jalen Hurts’ teammates dominate the Power Rankings. For how long ?

Inevitably, the Jets also climb at the same time. Just like the Jaguars (+5) and the Bears (+6) who despite a defeat pass in front of much more worrying teams. Conversely, free fall for the Rams (-5), the Raiders (-4) and the Colts (-4).

Time passes, it’s time to take stock. Here is our ranking. This hierarchy is not only based on the number of successes, but also on the current form. If two teams are close and haven’t played each other recently, one wonders which one would win if the match was played today. Beating the strongest isn’t going to propel you to the top in a snap. Losing to one of the dunces won’t plunge you into the abyss either. You can gain and tumble, tilt and climb.

It’s the ruthless law of Power Ranking…
