The Nets show great things against the Bucks

After two disappointing first matches, the Nets reassured their fans with a convincing success (107-97) in Milwaukee. Less than a week before the resumption, the two coaches had decided to play this meeting thoroughly, and most of the stars of the two teams played around thirty minutes.

What we will remember is that Milwaukee finished this preseason without the slightest victory with five losses!

However, Giannis Antetokounmpo spared no effort with a big double-double: 24 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals. Except that the “Greek Freak” has spoiled a lot with a 6 of 21 on shots, and it is partly the fault of Ben Simmons. The new Nets player showed everything he could bring to his new formation with his defense on Giannis, but also his creation: 8 assists in the first half!

Alongside him, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant can focus on scoring, and after a balanced first half, punctuated by a shot from midfield by Royce O’Neale, they go for the break after the break.

Steve Nash leaves them on the field at the start of the 4th quarter to hit twice at 3-pointers on the nose of their defenders. The gap climbs to +19, and the Nets can turn to finally win by 10 points. A success that put a smile on the players’ faces before challenging Wolves on Saturday evening.
