Serge Ibaka, Donte DiVincenzo and Marvin Bagley III involved in a four-team trade! | NBA

The first deal of the day concerns no less than four franchises and seven players!

On the one hand, the Bucks are strengthening by recovering Serge Ibaka, in addition to two future 2nd rounds of Draft and financial compensation. Renowned for his qualities as a “rim-protector”, the Congolese will have the mission to densify the racket of the defending champions (with Giannis Antetokounmpo, Bobby Portis, even Greg Monroe if he is retained), while waiting for Brook’s return from injury. Lopez, due next spring.

On the other, the Kings finally see the landing Donte DiVincenzo (soon at the end of the contract), Trey Lyles and Josh Jackson. Three rotation players, able to immediately bring in the five or off the bench, and who will above all try to help Sacramento to compete in the “play-in”, in order to find the playoffs for the first time since 2006.

As for the Pistons, they record the arrival of Marvin Bagley III. An interior full of talent and still young (22 years old), but who is struggling to meet the expectations placed on him in his Draft, in 2018, when he was chosen in 2nd position, ahead of Luka Doncic. In Michigan, however, he will have plenty of time to express himself and develop, alongside Cade Cunningham, Killian Hayes, Saddiq Bey and Isaiah Stewart.

Finally, the Clippers (who save money) get in return Rodney Hood and Semi Ojeleye. Two players who, if they are not released, will try to glean a few minutes in the rotation of Tyronn Lue, behind Nicolas Batum, Norman Powell, Robert Covington, Marcus Morris or Terance Mann. And waiting for Kawhi Leonard and Paul George to come back.
